A traffic camera shot of the east and westbound lanes of the E.C. Row Exwy. in Windsor. Windsor police have reopened the westbound lanes of the E.C. Row Exwy. at Howard Ave. after a few crashes.
The first crash happened just before 9am Wednesday at Dougall Ave. There were two more crashes two hours later at Howard Ave.
There's no word yet if anyone was hurt.
Police suggest icy conditions may have played a factor in the collisions.
The westbound lanes reopened just before 11:30am.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
