Early Morning Fire On Cataraqui St. In Windsor

Fire officials in Windsor say everyone inside a home on Cataraqui St. got out okay after a fire broke out.

The fire started just after 5am Wednesday at a two-and-a-half storey house between Marentette Ave. and Parent Ave.

It didn't take firefighters long to put it out.

No one was hurt.

An investigation is expected to reveal how the fire started and how much damage it caused.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
