UPDATE: Two Crashes In Tecumseh, One Injured

One person has suffered minor injuries after two morning crashes in Tecumseh.

Ontario Provincial Police say the first one took place around 7:45am Thursday in the westbound lanes of County Rd. 22 between Lesperance Rd. and Banwell Rd. Two vehicles were involved but no injuries were reported.

The second happened around 8:30am when a single vehicle rolled over just east of the first crash.

Tecumseh Fire and Rescue confirm that someone was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated.

The 46-year-old woman was treated by EMS at the scene.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
