UPDATE: Hwy. 3 Between Kingsville And Leamington Reopened

Hwy. 3 in Kingsville has reopened following a head-on collision Monday morning.

OPP say the collision happened around 7:20am between County Road 18 and Graham Side Road. It involved a pick-up truck and transport truck.

Police say the pick-up travelling westbound collided with a tractor trailer travelling eastbound. The tractor trailer caught fire from the collision.

The driver of the pick-up was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being extricated from the vehicle. The driver of the transport truck was not injured.

The road reopened shortly after noon Monday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
