Warrant Issued For Suspect In Stabbing

Windsor police have issued a warrant for a 22-year-old man wanted in connection with a stabbing.

Joshua Drouillard is wanted for assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.

Police identified him as a suspect in the stabbing that took place on Sunday in the area of Wyandotte St. E and Parent Ave.

The victim was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Anyone with information on the suspect's whereabouts is asked to contact Windsor police at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS).

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
