Amherstburg Police Looking For Robbery Suspect

Amherstburg police are looking for a suspect involved in a convenience store robbery.

The suspect, who was wearing a ski mask, entered Lynn's Variety on Richmond St. around 3:20pm Monday. He handed the clerk a note demanding money.

The clerk handed over some cash and the suspect ran off.

The suspect is described as a white male, around 5'10" tall, he was wearing a black puffy jacket and a black balaclava at the time of the robbery.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
