Express Lose To The Edge 111-100

The Windsor Express fell 111-100 to the St. John's Edge in NBLC action on Wednesday.

The Express led the Edge by two points at the end of the first quarter but fell behind 52-45 at halftime.  The Edge still held a 81-75 lead over Windsor after the third, and the Express weren't able to come back in the final frame, losing with an 11 point deficit.

Chad Frazier led Windsor with 25 points and four rebounds, while Omar Strong put up another 20 points and one rebound.

The Express are on the road on Friday to take on the Island Storm at 7pm.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
