(BlackburnNews.com file photo)A Tilbury man is facing impaired driving charges after getting stuck in the snow.
His vehicle left the roadway on Essex County Rd. 2 in Lakeshore around 9pm on February 8. A passing motorist saw that he was stuck and trying to get the vehicle free.
The OPP arrived and the driver showed signs of impairment.
The 67-year-old was charged with care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired and failing to provide a sample. His driver's license was suspended and the vehicle was impounded.
