Free Recreational Activities This Family Day

Municipalities in Windsor-Essex are encouraging families to 'unplug and play' this Family Day.

The initiative is part of the Health Kids Community Challenge that aims to limit children`s recreational and sedentary screen time.

The initiative recommends limiting screen time to recommended levels based on your child`s age, put phones and tablets away during meal time and replace screen time with other activities.
