Express Win Third Straight, Beat Titans 109-100

Shaquille Keith scored 24 points as the Windsor Express beat the Kitchener-Waterloo Titans 109-100 Saturday night in Kitchener.

It's the third straight win for the Express, who improve to 16-14 on the season.

It was a back-and-forth affair at The Aud, with Windsor outscoring the Titans 28-24 in the first quarter, then K-W coming back in the second and holding a 52-48 lead at halftime. The Express, however, blew it open with a 36-16 run in the third quarter, holding them through the end of the game despite another comeback effort by the Titans.

Chad Frazier and Damontre Harris scored 18 points apiece for the Express. Keith and Logan Stutz led the defensive effort with nine rebounds each.

Justin Hurtt led the 5-22 Titans with 19 points. Dominic Phillips scored 17 more off the bench and Derek Hall added 15, while leading K-W in rebounds with 11.

The Express host the rival London Lightning Friday night.
