Police Seek Robbery Suspect

Windsor police are asking for help as they try to identify a suspect in a convenience store robbery.

Just after 10:40am Sunday, police were called to a store on Kildare Rd. near Durham Place. Investigators were told a man who had covered his face with clothing pointed what appeared to be a gun at the clerk and demanded cash.

He got away with some money, running north and then west along the train tracks.

No injuries were reported. The Windsor police Major Crime Branch is now investigating.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
