Three Windsorites Charged With Possession Of Fentanyl

Windsor police have seized some Fentanyl powder and laid a bunch of charges.

Officers searched a home on Capitol St. near Howard Ave. in the Remington Park area Thursday night and arrested three adults from Windsor.

10.2 grams of Fentanyl powder, a pellet gun and $905 in Canadian cash were seized.

Two men, 35 and 29, and a 30-year-old woman are charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

A 24-year-old Windsor woman was also identified as allegedly being involved in the offences and will be summoned to court at a later date.

Windsor police warn that Fentynal can kill.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
