Talks To End Caesars Windsor Strike Set To Resume

Caesars Windsor and Unifor Local 444 are marching back to the bargaining table.

Local 444 Unifor announced on Facebook Saturday morning that round-table discussions have been cancelled and the bargaining committee is headed back to the table.

This update comes after the two sides joined in on exploratory talks this week with a provincial mediator.

This will be the first time the two sides are returning to the table since the second tentative deal was rejected on May 18.

About 2,100 workers have been on strike since April 6.
