Woman Hurt In Broad Daylight Stabbing

The police in Windsor is looking for a suspect after a woman was stabbed in broad daylight in Southeast Windsor.

Officers say the woman was attacked by a man while walking through an alleyway off St. Christoper Crt. That is west of Walker Rd. and south of the EC Row Exwy.

The woman says the man pushed her down and stabbed her, and after a short struggle, he ran away towards Foster Ave.

She was treated in the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police are looking for a white man in his early 30s with a medium build and brown-blonde hair. He was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
