Big Drug Bust In Windsor

A bust in Windsor has turned up a bunch of drugs.

Officers searched a home near Ouellette Ave. and Ellis St. Tuesday night and arrested two adults without incident after finding a variety of suspected illicit drugs.

They seized cocaine, crack cocaine, hydromorphone capsules, crystal methamphetamine, methadone, marijuana, oxycodone and percocet pills, $8,000 in Canadian cash, digital scales and cell phones.

Officers also found a bicycle that was reported stolen in July of 2017.

A 52-year-old Windsor man and a 43-year-old woman are charged with possession of drugs and stolen property.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
