Tecumseh Drunk Driver Jailed For Killing His Girlfriend

A Tecumseh man, whose decision to drive drunk led to the death of his girlfriend in a head-on crash in east Windsor, is going to spend three years in prison.

Jeffery Wilson, 46, was sentenced Wednesday in the death of 39-year-old Cindy Harrison. She was a passenger in his car when it crashed on McHugh St. near Mickey Renaud Way on November 19, 2017.

Wilson is also prohibited from driving for 10 years after being found guilty of impaired driving causing death and impaired driving causing bodily harm.

A total of four people went to hospital that day.

Harrison leaves behind two children.
