Windsor police say an alert citizen reported a suspicious man climbing the rear alleyway fence of a home on Dougall Ave. near Ellis St. and going into the backyard Wednesday afternoon.
Officers arrived and saw a man leaving through the rear door.
He was allegedly found with electronics belonging to the homeowner.
