OPP looking for witnesses after boy hit by pickup

Provincial police are looking for witnesses after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Kingsville.

Police said it happened on Monday at Jasperson Dr. and Peachwood Dr. at approximately 6:45 p.m. Investigators said a teenaged boy operating a non-motorized scooter collided with a white pickup truck.

Police said the boy suffered significant but non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck reported the collision to police.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to contact Kingsville OPP at 519-733-2345.
