Police say two vehicles were involved in the crash around 8 a.m.
The injuries are described as minor.
A second two-vehicle accident on Lauzon Parkway on the bridge over the E.C. Row also caused traffic problems for commuters.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
