Trans-Siberian Orchestra coming to Little Caesars Arena

A Christmas favourite is coming to Detroit this December.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will play two shows at Little Caesars Arena on December 29 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Tickets for the shows go on sale Friday, September 14. They can be bought at 313Presents.com, LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster.com, and at the Little Caesars Arena XFINITY Box Office.

This year is the orchestra's 20th-anniversary tour.

"The Ghosts of Christmas Eve", is composer Paul O'Neill's telling of a "timeless story of a runaway who finds her way into a mysterious abandoned theatre."

The tour will visit 65 North American cities and make over 100 performances starting November 14. The tour wraps up December 30.

As in previous years, a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will support local charities.
