Sun-Brite worker injured in Ruthven

The Ministry of Labour is investigating an industrial accident in Ruthven.

The ministry said it was notified of an incident at Sun-Brite Foods Inc. on Monday morning. The ministry is reporting that a worker was using a standing Bobcat and reversed into a partition. The worker was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

A call to Sun-Brite to get more details has not yet been returned.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
