Suspect at large after break-in

Windsor police have released a photo of a break and enter suspect as they continue searching for him.

Police said a business on Eugenie Street near Dougall Avenue was broken into on September 4 at approximately 5 a.m. Investigators said a person staked out the business during the day, returned in the early morning hours and was seen leaving with stolen property.
