New plant coming to Windsor

The Windsor-Essex Economic Development Corporation is making a major economic development announcement this week.

Stephen MacKenzie, CEO of the Windsor-Essex Economic Development Corporation, will introduce a new manufacturer to Windsor on Thursday at 9 a.m. The location for the event is 3485 Wheelton Drive near the airport.

There has been no word yet how large the plant will be or how many jobs it will create.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
