Windsor police seek stabbing suspect

A man suffered minor injuries after being stabbed early Sunday morning.

Windsor police say it happened just before 2:30 a.m. Officers were called to Lens Ave. at Kildare Ave., near Windsor Regional Hospital's Metropolitan campus, on a report of a stabbing.

The victim was treated for stab wounds, but police say he is not cooperating in the investigation.

It was not immediately clear if the stabbing happened on hospital property, and police are not releasing additional information.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
