Polis Khael Dinkha won a jackpot worth $136,213, and another $5,000 on the instant portion of the ticket. His grand total was $141, 213.
He won on October 17.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says Dinkha bought the winning ticket at Crystal Convenience on Tecumseh Road East near George Avenue.
