Windsor hit by Canada Post rotating strikes again

For the second time since they began on October 22, Windsor has been hit by rotating strikes at Canada Post.

Mail carriers are off the job today to back contract demands.

While Canada Post has offered to improve wages, benefits, and job security, the union that represents mail carriers, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, said it has not budged on pay equity for rural and suburban mail carriers.

The strike will last 24 hours.

There will be no mail delivery Wednesday.
