Express derailed by Titans 100-88

The Windsor Express lost 100-88 to the KW Titans on Thursday.

The Express took a 29-25 lead by the end of the first quarter and slightly extended their lead by one point to make 49-44 heading into halftime. The Titans took the lead just over halfway through the third frame and took a 73-69 lead as the game moved into the final quarter.  Windsor continued to fall behind in the fourth to lose with a 12 point deficit.

Juan Pattillo and Ryan Anderson were the lead scorers for Windsor with 19 points each. Richard Amardi also put up 14 points and had five rebounds.

The Express will look to rebound on Wednesday when the take on the Sudbury Five in Windsor at 7 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
