West Windsor house fire called suspicious

Windsor police are now calling a house fire in west Windsor suspicious.

The fire on Peter Street near Brock Street early Wednesday morning caused $200,000 in damage.

Windsor Fire and Rescue Services initially said the cause was undetermined and the blaze started in the front family room. They added the house was under renovation and nobody was home.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
