Tecumseh creeper on the loose

Provincial police in Tecumseh are looking for a suspicious man after four reports of a masked man lurking around neighbourhoods.

Police said the incidents all happened between December 8 and December 11.

Investigators said on December 8 at approximately 2 a.m., a woman reported a masked person standing outside of her living room window on Southfield Drive but he ran away when she saw him. A half-an-hour later, an employee at a nursing home on Brouillette Court reported a man wearing a black ski-mask and dark clothing running through the parking lot. On December 9 at approximately 3:30 a.m., a woman spotted a man outside of her bedroom window on Demarse Court staring at her but the man ran off when she noticed him. Then on December 11 at a similar time, police attended a Fieldcrest Lane home, where a woman reported seeing a shadowy figure in her back patio window and hearing footsteps on her deck.

The male suspect is described as white, approximately 6'0" tall, 200 pounds with a husky build, between 30 and 50 years old, and wearing dark clothing.
