UPDATE: Crews handle collision in Windsor Sunday afternoon

Emergency crews worked on a multi-vehicle collision in Windsor Sunday afternoon.

Windsor police say it happened around 4 p.m. Sunday on Tecumseh Rd. E. at Pillette, and at least two vehicles were involved.

A caller to the BlackburnNewsWindsor.com newsroom said the westbound lanes of Tecumseh Rd. E. were blocked and a possible extrication was in progress. It had reopened as of 7:30 p.m.

It was not immediately clear how many total vehicles were involved or if there are injuries. Police, fire and EMS crews were on scene.
