Police make second arrest in Windsor Christmas shooting

Windsor police have identified a fourth suspect following a shooting almost two weeks ago and arrested a second woman.

Police said shots were fired December 22 at approximately 4:30 a.m. in the area of Hanna Street and Dufferin Place. Investigators said the shots were intended for a person inside a vehicle but nobody was hit.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Fernando Ratcliffe, 18, of Windsor for attempted murder. Johnny Furia, 18, of Windsor, is also wanted for attempted murder. Star Keisha Upham, 32, of Windsor is the latest arrest and is charged with attempted murder. Sara Dalton, 28, of Windsor was arrested December 23 and is charged with attempted murder.

Police said the suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
