OPP investigate mugging in Leamington

The Ontario Provincial Police is looking for two suspects after a man was robbed of his jacket and everything in it Friday night.

The man was walking along Erie Street South near Marlborough Street West at around 10 p.m. when two men approached him.

One of the men had a weapon and demanded his jacket and the valuables in it. He had his passport in his coat.

The victim gave it to them, and they fled east on Marlborough Street.

Police said the first suspect was a black man, about 6'0" tall with a short beard. He wore a white windbreaker with a white hood and grey baggy pants. The second was also a black man wearing a red jacket.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
