Windsor woman wins quarter-million playing Instant Crossword

You could say it was Diane Pomerleau's lucky day.

The Windsor woman bought an Instant Crossword Deluxe scratch ticket at Campbell Variety on University Avenue, and won the $250,000 top prize.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says the odds of winning are one in 3.45.

Pomerleau has not said what she plans to do with her winnings.
