Students ride the bus for less this week

In celebration of March Break, students can ride the bus for just a buck.

Usually, a single ride fare is $3.

The offer is good for all Transit Windsor buses and LaSalle Transit.

In service in LaSalle started in September 2017. Two buses run the 90 stop route Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with stops on Front Road, the Vollmer Complex, and Windsor Crossing Premium Outlet Mall.

One bus runs the route on Saturdays.

Riders on LaSalle Transit can also transfer for free to ride on Transit Windsor routes including South Windsor 7, Dougal 6, and Dominion 5 to access locations in the city like downtown Windsor, the University of Windsor, St. Clair College, and Devonshire Mall.
