UPDATE: Police investigate stabbing

Windsor Police are investigating a stabbing that took place overnight in the city's west end.

The stabbing took place around 3 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Wyandotte Street West and Sunset Avenue.

According to police, the incident was over a cab fare dispute. A 46-year-old cab driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police tell Blackburn News that the major crimes unit is investigating the incident. They are searching for two suspects. The first suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, around six feet tall with short brown hair. The second suspect is described as a white female also in her 20s, around five feet tall with blonde hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Windsor police.
