Stolen vehicle used in LaSalle gas and dash

The LaSalle Police Service has released photos of a suspect wanted after a gas and dash Tuesday night involving a vehicle stolen in Windsor.

Police say a man in his 20s pulled up to a gas station around 9:15 p.m. in a blue Ford Focus, pumped $20 worth of gas and took off.

When officers checked the vehicle's license plate, they found out it had been reported stolen a few days earlier.

The suspect is described as white, in his early 20s, about 5'8" tall with a slim build. He was wearing a dark camo jacket with a hood, black Adidas shoes, black track pants, and a bright blue snapback baseball hat with white lettering on it.

The vehicle is a 2014 blue four-door Ford Focus with the Ontario license plate BXPS281.

Police ask the public not to approach the suspect and call 911.
