Charges laid in crash involving motorcycle

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Tecumseh man after a crash earlier this month involving a vehicle and a motorcycle.

The crash on April 8 was on County Road 42 near Odessa Drive in Tecumseh.

Initially, it was reported that two people were rushed to the hospital with unknown injuries. Police said a 71-year-old man remains in the hospital after he was seriously hurt.

Police charged 66-year-old Robert Fiore with careless driving causing bodily harm.

The charges have not been proven in court. He has a court appearance on May 27.
