The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is reporting that Co Phan of Windsor won the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize in the April 27, 2019 LOTTO 6/49 draw.
OLG said the winning ticket was bought at Sam's Wings Variety on Forest Glade Drive in Windsor.
OLG added that Ontario LOTTO 6/49 players have won over $12.6 billion in prizes, including 1,371 jackpot wins and 279 Guaranteed $1 Million Prize draws since its launch in June of 1982.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
The city said road, water and sewer work is starting to get underway, marking another year of aggressive investment into infrastructure renewal.
