One person hurt in Tecumseh crash

At least one person suffered minor injuries in a crash Monday morning in Tecumseh.

Tecumseh Fire and Rescue said it happened around 11 a.m. on Tecumseh Road East near Manning Road, adjacent to Green Valley Plaza. Two vehicles were involved.

One person was taken to hospital, though it was not immediately clear if the person was a driver or a passenger.

That particular stretch of Tecumseh Road East was down to one lane in each direction to allow crews to remove the vehicles and complete cleanup of a spill. All lanes of Tecumseh Road East have been reopened.

The investigation is ongoing.
