Windsor police crack child pornography case

Child pornography charges have been laid against a Windsor man.

Windsor police said officers began an investigation in May into suspected possession and distribution of child pornography and searched a home linked to the investigation.

Joseph Boca, 30, of Windsor was arrested on Wednesday after investigators seized a number of computer and data storage devices. Boca is charged with transmitting child pornography, possession of child pornography, and accessing child pornography.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
