OPP arrest teen in connection to break-in

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a 17-year-old after a break-and-enter at a Lakeshore business.

The call came in around 4 a.m. Sunday and officers from both the Tecumseh and Lakeshore detachments responded to a business in the area of Manning Road and Amy Croft Drive.

Once they got there, they found a broken window.

The search for the suspect got underway, and soon after they arrested a teen from Windsor.

The teen faces break-and-enter and mischief under $5,000 charges.

The suspect's name will not be released.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
