The Ontario Provincial Police say the interactions occurred in June and on two separate occasions in August. In all of the instances, the girls were walking in Tecumseh when they were approached by a man in a black SUV and propositioned.

The victims reported their interactions to their parents who contacted the police.

Jeffrey Muxlow, 31, was arrested and charged with four counts of invitation to sexual touching. He has been released on bail as he awaits trial. The charges have not been proven in court.
