It happened Saturday night at a semi-detached house on Bruce Avenue near Shepherd Street West.
According to Windsor Fire, the fire occurred in the first-floor living room. A resident suffered minor smoke inhalation after being rescued from the second floor.
No cause has been provided. Damage is estimated to be around $50,000
