"I dropped to the floor when I saw that I had won," 30-year-old Marc Groulx said, laughing.
He bought his winning ticket at the Circle K on Lauzon Road in Windsor.
"It feels like a gift from the universe," he added.
Groulx also plans to put some money aside for his wedding and to buy a house for his family.
