OPP charge Windsor man in serious crash

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a driver involved in a serious crash last month at the corner of Highway 3 and Walker Road.

The crash was around 6:30 p.m. September 25, and sent three people to the hospital, including both drivers.

The injuries ranged from minor to life-threatening.

Police charged 36-year-old Michael Rudge of Windsor with careless driving causing bodily harm and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

The charges have not been proven in court, and Rudge is expected to appear in a Windsor court on November 25.
