UPDATE: One person injured following vehicle fire in Lasalle

One person was left injured after a vehicle fire on Front Road in Lasalle on Sunday.

LaSalle Fire Services confirmed via Twitter that the fire broke out in the 2300 block of Front Road and left the driver of the vehicle with burn injuries.

The cause of the fire has not yet been released.

Police closed Front Road around 5:06 p.m. The road was reopened with one lane in each direction around 5:43 p.m.
