Two hospitalized after east Windsor crash

A crash in east Windsor has injured two people.

It happened shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday on Lauzon Road between Wyandotte Street East and Cedarview Street. Police have not released many details but they said three vehicles were involved.

Two people were taken to hospital, though it was not immediately clear how serious the injuries were, or how many total people were in the vehicles.

Lauzon Road was closed in the area of the crash for less than two hours while investigators completed their work and removed the vehicles. The road was reopened around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
