OPP investigate gun shot in Kingsville

Ontario Provincial Police are looking into an incident in which a bullet was fired into a building last week.

It happened in the overnight hours of Saturday, November 9. The investigation showed that someone had discharged a firearm into a business on Main Street West in Kingsville. The damage was discovered the following morning.

No additional details have been released, but police say no one was hurt.

Investigators are asking anyone who may have been in the area on the night in question, or who may have seen or heard anything unusual, to give them the OPP Kingsville detachment a call at (519) 733-2345. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
