Shots fired in west end neighbourhood

Windsor police are investigating after several shots were fired in a west-end neighbourhood.

Police were called to Curry Avenue near Campbell Avenue around 7:00 p.m. Friday evening. Police located an unoccupied vehicle that had been struck during the incident and several shell casings were found. A dark coloured vehicle seen in the area at the time of the shooting is believed to be involved. It was last seen driving west on Totten Street.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the shooting.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
