Black cats on sale on Black Friday

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society wants you to consider adopting one of its nearly 400 cats this Black Friday.

On Black Friday only any cat, kitten or pocket pet with any amount of black fur will be up for adoption for only $10.

All other cats, kittens and pocket pets will have their adoption fees reduced by 50 per cent. The usual $30 administration fee will also be waived for these adoptions.

The adoption centre will be open Friday from noon until 7 p.m. Adoptable animals can be viewed on the humane society's website.

All adopted cats and kittens come vet checked, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms.
